BorgWarner Inc. (BWA) said, for full year 2023, the company expects net earnings per share to be within a range of $2.65 to $2.81. Excluding the impact of non-comparable items, adjusted net earnings are expected to be within a range of $3.60 to $3.80 per share. Net sales for 2023 are expected to be in the range of $14.1 billion to $14.3 billion, which implies a year-over-year increase in organic sales of 12% to 14%.
