Oil, Waning Growth Concerns Firming Up Risk Appetite

The major U.S. index futures point to a higher opening on Friday, as risk appetite improves amid easing growth fears. Recent data points from the U.S., including industrial production, fourth quarter GDP and durable goods orders have allayed fears that the domestic economy is facing the risk of falling into a period of anemic growth.
