CalAmp Corp. (CAMP) announced after the bell Monday that it has completed its acquisition of LoJack Corp. The company also announced that it now expects to report fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $0.32 and full year 2016 adjusted EPS of $1.15. The consensus estimates are for EPS of $0.30 and $1.14.
