PJT Partners Inc. (PJT) announced Monday that it has terminated Andrew Caspersen after he was charged with securities and wire fraud in connection with a scheme to defraud investors of over $95 million by the U.S Attorney's office of the Southern District of New York and the SEC. Caspersen, was a Partner in the Park Hill Group.
