Shares of Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. (CMG, CMG-B) declined more than 3 percent in extended trades Tuesday after the fast food chain said it expects to report a loss for the first quarter, marking its first quarterly loss since it went public in 2006. The company also reported a 26.1 percent decline in comparable restaurant sales for the month of February.
