Itron Inc. (ITRI) announced after the bell Tuesday that it has delayed the filing of its Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31, 2015 beyond the March 15, 2016 extended filing due date. The company has concluded that a more comprehensive review of software and maintenance contracts for 2015 and prior years is needed.
