Airline Satisfaction Is Actually Rising, With Some Exceptions

Airline industry, which has a history of being the worst sector in customer satisfaction index, has reported improvement in higher passenger satisfaction, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index's (ACSI) Travel Report 2016.
