St. Jude Medical (STJ) Jumped To A 9-Month High After Bought By Abbott Labs

Abbott Laboratories (ABT) announced Thursday morning that it has agreed to acquire St. Jude Medical (STJ) for $46.75 in cash and 0.8708 shares of Abbott common stock.
