Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) reported first quarter EPS of $1.07 after the bell Thursday, compared to the loss of $0.12 in the prior year period. Analysts expected EPS of $0.58. Sales jumped 28 percent to $29.13 billion from $22.72 billion a year ago. Analysts expected revenues of $27.98 billion.
