Hormel Foods Corp. (HRL) reported second quarter EPS of $0.40 Wednesday morning, up from $0.33 in the previous year. Analysts expected EPS of $0.39. The company also increased its full year EPS forecast to between $1.56 and $1.60, from prior expectations of $1.50 to $1.56. Street expectations are for EPS of $1.58.
