Vedanta Resources FY16 Pre-tax Loss Narrows; But EBITDA, Revenue Decline

India-focused miner Vedanta Resources plc (VED.L) posted fiscal 2016 pre-tax loss of $4.98 billion, narrower than loss of $5.64 billion last year.
