A judge ruled Friday that Caesars Entertainment Inc. (CZR) will have to face lawsuits from bondholders who are seeking around $11 billion in claims. The company had been hoping for a third court shield to protect it from lawsuits. The casino company has been attempting a reorganization after filing for Chapter 11 protection back in 2015.
