Express Inc. (EXPR) reported second quarter EPS of $0.13 Wednesday morning, down from $0.25 a year ago. Analysts expected EPS of $0.17. The company expects to report third quarter EPS of $0.09 to $0.15 and full year EPS of $1.00 to $1.14. Street expectations are for EPS of $0.32 and $1.46.
