easyJet plc (ESYJY.PK, EZJ.L) reported profit before tax of 495 million pounds for the year ending 30 September 2016 compared to 686 million pounds, prior year. The 2016 result included an 88 million pounds unfavourable movement from foreign exchange. Profit for the year decreased to 427 million pounds from 548 million pounds. Earnings per share was 107.6 pence compared to 138.0 pence.
