Lattice Semiconductor Corp. (LSCC) Set A New High After Merger Agreement

Lattice Semiconductor Corp. (LSCC) announced Thursday morning that it has agreed to be acquired by Canyon Bridge Acquisition Co. for $8.30 per share in cash, around $1.3 billion.
