The major U.S. index futures are pointing to a lower open on Friday after stocks closed mixed for two consecutive sessions. Traders may look to cash in on some of the recent strength on Wall Street, which helped the Dow close higher for ten straight sessions and reach another new record closing high on Thursday. Nonetheless, trading activity may be somewhat subdued.
