Swift Transportation (SWFT) & Knight Transportation (KNX) Surge After Merger

Knight Transportation Inc. (KNX) and Swift Transportation Co. (SWFT) said that their boards approved a merger of Knight and Swift in an all-stock transaction. The combined company will be named Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc. and will trade under the ticker "KNX."
