Hospitality Properties Trust (HPT) Wednesday said its second quarter normalized FFO available increased to $173.60 million from $165.71 million last year. FFO per share declined to $1.06 from $1.09 a year ago. Net income available to common shareholders were $0.37 per share, up from $0.34 in the previous year.
