Alexion Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ALXN) reported first quarter adjusted EPS of $1.68 Thursday morning, which topped the consensus estimate of $1.50. The company also boosted its full year 2018 EPS forecast to between $6.75 and $6.90, from prior expectations of $6.60 to $6.80.
