Siemens AG (SIEGY.PK, SMAWF) on Thursday reported that its third-quarter net income declined 6 percent to 1.14 billion euros from 1.21 billion euros in the year-ago period. Basic earnings per share decreased to 1.28 euros from 136 euros last year and were burdened by severance charges amounting to 0.09 euros.
