Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corp. (NTT) on Tuesday reported that its first-quarter profit attributable to the company declined 3.2 percent to 280.53 billion yen from 289.75 billion yen in the previous-year quarter. Basic earnings per share were 147.31 yen, down from 148.05 yen last year.
