Ingram Micro Inc. (IM) Leaped To A New High After Bought By Tianjin Tianhai

Ingram Micro Inc. (IM) announced after the close Wednesday that it has agreed to be acquired by Tianjin Tianhai for $38.90 per share in an all-cash transaction. Ingram Micro will become a part of HNA Group once the transaction is completed.
