Boston Beer Co. (SAM) reported first quarter EPS of $0.53 after the close Thursday, which fell short of the consensus estimate of $0.96. The company also lowered its full year EPS forecast to between $6.50 and $7.30, from prior expectations of $7.60 to $8.00. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $7.77.
