Cintas Corp. (CTAS) Jumped To A New High After Acquisition Of G&K Services

Cintas Corp. (CTAS) announced Tuesday morning that it has agreed to acquire G&K Services Inc. (GK) for $97.50 per share in cash, approximately $2.2 billion.
