Cray Inc. (CRAY) reported a second quarter non-GAAP loss of $0.29 after the bell Tuesday, compared to the profit of $0.30 in the previous year. The consensus estimate was for a loss of $0.25. The company expects to be profitable on a GAAP and non-GAAP basis for the full year 2016.
