VASCO Data Security International (VDSI) announced after the bell Tuesday that it now expects to report third quarter revenues of $42 million to $44 million and non-GAAP EPS of $0.07 to $0.09. The consensus estimates are for revenues of $52.5 million and EPS of $0.04.
