Under Armour Inc. (UAA) reported fourth quarter EPS of $0.23 Tuesday morning, down from $0.24 a year ago. Analysts expected EPS of $0.25. The company also announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Chip Molloy, has decided to leave the company due to personal reasons.
