Stanley Black & Decker (SWK) reported first quarter EPS of $1.29 Friday morning, which exceeded the consensus estimate of $1.20. The company also increased its full year 2017 adjusted EPS guidance to between $7.08 and $7.28 from prior guidance of $6.98 to $7.18.
