ConAgra Foods is recalling roughly 3,806 pounds of frozen chicken and beef entr‚e products due to contamination with metal fragments. The products in question were shipped to distributors and retail locations in Arkansas, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Vermont, and Wisconsin.
