Renault SA (RNSDY.PK, RNSDF.PK, RNT.L) reported that its first-half net income, group share, increased year-over-year to 1.50 billion euros from 1.38 billion euros. Earnings per share was 5.47 euros compared to 5.03 euros. The Group's operating profit amounted to 1.54 billion euros, up 40.6% compared with 1.10 billion euros in the first half of 2015. Automotive operating profit was up 64.9% to 1.12 billion euros.
