Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft (CRZBY.PK) reported that, on the basis of preliminary figures, second-quarter net profit attributable to shareholders decreased to 209 million euros from 307 million euros, previous year. Operating profit was 342 million euros compared to 419 million euros.
