Progress Software Corp. (PRGS) reported second quarter EPS of $0.33 after the bell Wednesday, down from $0.35 a year ago. Analysts expected EPS of $0.29. The company expects to report third quarter EPS of $0.43 to $0.46 and between $1.57 and $1.63 for the full year. The consensus estimates are for EPS of $0.44 and $1.59.
